Return Policy


You have 30 days to return the clothing in perfect state (unworn and unwashed) with hangtag. Depending if you want a size exchange or a complete refund, different rules apply, please check below.

If the size doesn’t fit you, you’ll need to return the parcel for a refund and order again via our webshop. Please read following information carefully.

We offer a service where we can offer you a return label at reduced rates (in comparison if you want to return it yourself). This service also takes away the risk of lost packages and unforeseen damage. The shipping rates for returning will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. For example: A Belgian customer bought for €100 and decided to return everything. When we receive back the order in perfect condition we will refund €95,05 (€100 – €4,95*).

So here’s how it works:

  1. Search your mails for the tracking code. You’ll need your tracking code to start. If you can’t find it in your mailbox, contact us
  2. Go to our return portal
  3. Fill in the details
  4. Download and print the return label
  5. Use the same box (or another box) and attach the return label on it
  6. Once we receive it back, we will refund you and deduct the rate of your country (see below*)

Here are the shipping rates for returned orders:

  • Belgium: €3,95
  • The Netherlands: €4,95
  • Germany: €5,95
  • France: €8,95
  • Denmark: DKK75
  • Other countries: More or less will be the same amount as shipping fee Contact us 

Outside EU (USA, UK, Switzerland, Norway, ...)

If you want another size, you’ll need to send us back the items for a refund and you’ll need to complete a new order with the right size.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Repack the clothes in the same original box with hangtags, make sure you detach all labels.
  2. Send an e-mail to with title Refund + Order number.
  3. We will send you your commercial invoice and a return form.
  4. Fill in the return form.
  5. Attach the commercial invoice and the return form on the outside of the box.
  6. Write in big letters RETURN GOODS on the box near the invoice as well.
  7. Go to your local shipping office, make sure you mention it’s a return. They’ll provide the necessary additional customs documents, where RETURN GOODS should be marked.
  8. Take a picture of the parcel and the labels.
  9. Send the items to:

  10. Send us the tracking link.
  11. Once we receive the items, we will complete the refund.
  12. In the meantime you can place a new order with the new size you need.


Follow these steps carefully to guarantee an efficient and flawless refund process.
STRØM can not be held responsible for items that weren’t delivered when not respecting the steps above.

All costs for sending back the items for a refund to STRØM  are on the customers behalf. STRØM doesn’t intervene in any shipping costs made.
Be aware that if STRØM is charged any import taxes or customs duty, due to wrongfully returning the order, we won’t accept the parcel and it will be sent back.
