Return policy

You have 30 days to return the clothing in perfect state (unworn and unwashed) with hangtag. Depending if you want a size exchange or a complete refund, different rules apply, please check below.

If you want a size exchange

You love our stuff but made a mistake with the size? No worries, we got you covered.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Search your mails for the tracking code. You’ll need your tracking code to start. If you can’t find it in your mailbox, contact us
2. Go to our size exchange portal
3. Fill in the details
4. Pay for the return label
5. Download and print the return label
6. Use the same box (or another box) and attach the return label on it
7. Once we receive it back, we will send the new size for free
8. Easy!

*please note that we cannot process a size exchange if a product has been sold out. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail.

If you want a refund

We offer a service where we can offer you a return label at reduced rates (in comparison if you want to return it yourself). This service also takes away the risk of lost packages and unforeseen damage. You can pay for this label when filling in the information.

So here’s how it works:

1. Search your mails for the tracking code. You’ll need your tracking code to start. If you can’t find it in your mailbox, contact us
2. Go to our return portal
3. Fill in the details
4. Pay for the return label
5. Download and print the return label
6. Use the same box (or another box) and attach the return label on it
7. Once we receive it back, we will refund you
