You have 30 days to return the clothing in perfect state (unworn and unwashed) with hangtag. Depending if you want a size exchange or a complete refund, different rules apply, please check below.<\/p>

If you want a size exchange<\/strong><\/h2>

You love our stuff but made a mistake with the size? No worries, we got you covered and it\u2019s totally free.<\/p>

Here\u2019s what you need to do:<\/p>

  1. Search your mails for the tracking code. You\u2019ll need your tracking code to start. If you can\u2019t find it in your mailbox, contact us<\/li>
  2. Go to our size exchange portal<\/a><\/strong><\/li>
  3. Fill in the details<\/li>
  4. Download and print the return label<\/li>
  5. Use the same box (or another box) and attach the return label on it<\/li>
  6. Once we receive it back, we will send the new size for free<\/li>
  7. Easy!<\/li><\/ol>

    *please note that we cannot process a size exchange if a product has been sold out. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail.<\/p>

    If you want a refund<\/strong><\/h2>

    We offer a service where we can offer you a return label at reduced rates (in comparison if you want to return it yourself). This service also takes away the risk of lost packages and unforeseen damage. The shipping rates for returning will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. For example: A Belgian customer bought for \u20ac100 and decided to return everything. When we receive back the order in perfect condition we will refund \u20ac95,05 (\u20ac100 \u2013 \u20ac4,95*).<\/p>

    So here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>
